Common Questions

Using DataThat

Yes. You can register directly on DataThat without connecting a CRM. Without the CRM integration, only SEO & Analytics reporting is available after you connect Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics. CRM tag date and time reporting, contact lists, CRM charts, and CRM-based reports require the DataThat CRM integration. DataThat currently syncs with HighLevel or LeadConnector-enabled CRMs. Search for DataThat in your CRM App Marketplace to confirm that the integration is available through your CRM.

DataThat currently supports HighLevel and CRMs with LeadConnector marketplace access enabled. Open your CRM App Marketplace and search for DataThat. If DataThat appears in the marketplace, you can install the integration and connect that CRM location to your DataThat account.

After the HighLevel or LeadConnector-enabled CRM integration is connected, DataThat records tag additions and removals as contact updates are received. This creates the date and time history needed for reporting by day, week, month, or custom date range.

HighLevel or LeadConnector-enabled CRMs do not provide the original date applied for tags that already exist when DataThat is connected. Those tags use the initial sync timestamp. Tags added or removed after connection use their recorded activity time.

DataThat supports visual chart widgets such as bar, line, area, pie, doughnut, radar, polar, stacked, and comparison charts. Contact lists can include or exclude tags and custom field values while using all-time, single-day, or custom date criteria.

Reports can combine saved chart widgets, contact lists, headings, paragraphs, logos, dividers, spacers, and page breaks. Report settings control layout details such as page size and orientation.

The SEO & Analytics plan supports unlimited websites and reports using connected Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties (alternately, cloudflare traffic data). Available metrics depend on the connected account, property configuration, permissions, and source data.

No. DataThat uses synced CRM information for reporting and does not edit source contacts, tags, or custom fields.

Each DataThat account supports one HighLevel or LeadConnector-enabled CRM location sub-account and requires a unique email address. Connecting another location sub-account requires a different email address.

Access to DataThat is suspended when a paid membership expires. Your account displays a seven-day data-deletion countdown, after which the data is deleted and no longer available in your account.
